These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Ceylon Signature, a brand operated by vfullstack GmbH (“we”, “us”, “our”), and the traveler (“you”, “customer”). By accessing our website, requesting a proposal, or confirming a booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of Services
Ceylon Signature provides personalized travel services including, but not limited to:
Tailor-made travel planning
Private tours and chauffeur services
Hotel, villa, and retreat arrangements
Wellness & Ayurveda programs
Family, couple, and experiential travel
Ceylon Signature acts both as a travel organizer and as an intermediary for services provided by third-party suppliers such as hotels, transport providers, guides, airlines, activity operators, and wellness centers.
3. Booking & Contract Formation
A binding travel contract is concluded when:
You receive written booking confirmation from Ceylon Signature, and
The required deposit payment has been received
All bookings are subject to availability and final confirmation by third-party suppliers.
4. Prices & Payments
4.1 Prices
All prices are quoted in the agreed currency and include only the services explicitly listed in your individual itinerary or invoice.
Prices do not include items not specifically mentioned, such as:
International flights (unless stated)
Visas
Travel insurance
Personal expenses
Tips or optional activities
4.2 Payment Terms
50% of the total trip price is required as a deposit to confirm the booking.
Once the deposit is received, the booking is considered firm and confirmed.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid before departure, by the deadline stated in your booking confirmation or invoice.
For short-notice bookings, full payment may be required immediately.
Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation of the booking and applicable cancellation charges.
4.3 Price Adjustments
We reserve the right to adjust prices before confirmation in case of changes in:
Taxes or government fees
Supplier rates
Exchange rates
After confirmation, price changes apply only where permitted by mandatory law.
5. Changes to the Itinerary
a) Changes by the Traveler
Requests for changes after booking confirmation are subject to availability and may result in:
Additional supplier costs
Administrative handling fees
b) Changes by Ceylon Signature
Minor changes may be made where necessary.
In the case of significant changes, you will be informed promptly and offered suitable alternatives.
6. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp).
Cancellation conditions depend on:
The timing of cancellation
The nature of booked services
The cancellation policies of third-party suppliers
Any non-refundable supplier costs will be charged in full.

7. Travel Documents & Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for:
Holding valid passports and visas
Meeting health and vaccination requirements
Obtaining adequate travel insurance
Providing accurate personal information
Ceylon Signature is not responsible for issues arising from incomplete, invalid, or incorrect documentation.
8. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering:
Trip cancellation or interruption
Medical expenses and hospitalization
Emergency evacuation
Loss, theft, or delay of luggage
Insurance is the traveler’s responsibility and is not included unless explicitly stated.
9. Liability & Limitations
Ceylon Signature:
Acts as a travel organizer and intermediary
Is not liable for acts, omissions, delays, or failures of third-party suppliers
Is not responsible for disruptions beyond reasonable control
Our liability, where permitted by law, is limited to the amount paid for the affected services.
10. Force Majeure
Ceylon Signature shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Extreme weather
Political unrest
Pandemics or health emergencies
Government regulations or restrictions
Additional costs arising from such events may be borne by the traveler unless covered by insurance.
11. Health, Safety & Conduct
Travelers must:
Follow local laws and customs
Respect cultural, environmental, and safety guidelines
Act responsibly throughout the journey
We reserve the right to terminate participation in a trip without refund if traveler behavior endangers themselves, others, or property.
12. Complaints & Claims
Any issues during travel must be reported immediately to allow resolution on the spot.
Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days after the end of the trip.
13. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
14. Intellectual Property
All website content, text, images, and branding are the property of Ceylon Signature unless otherwise stated and may not be used without written permission.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
16. Changes to These Terms
Ceylon Signature reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
